@taftdavid u can take a servo cut the white cable and the adaptor and use the + to the + of ur reciever and the - to the - of your transmiter.(I think + is the black and - is the red).But servos are loud and your cheap rc car must have plenty of power.

1. I read using servos as wheels will drastically reduce its life span because they are not designed to run for a long continuous time. Is that right?
2. Will you be able to count rotations if you use them as wheels?

I have a cheap RC car, I want to use the steering assembly to move my puppets eyes. However the motor that turns the assembly is to loud. Is there a way to replace that motor with a servo? If so, how is that down? Your video's are great!
