It's Going To Be Okay - Season 2 Episode 21

I'm so happy, I finished my essay that's due tomorrow :D. So I'm going to post this tonight! Some of you guess right at who it was... did anyone figure out why?...

Demi: (Staring at the knife) What do you want from me Cody?
Cody: I want my daughter back.
Demi: Cody, she died, you killed her.
Cody: (Takes another step towards her, raising the knife a bit) No I didnt Demi. You fell.
Demi: Okay, okay. Im sorry.
Cody: Now I want her back.
Demi: Cody please. These babies are mine and Joes. Once I have them Ill do whatever you want, just please dont hurt them.
Cody: (Laughs) Oh sweetie, dont worry. I wont hurt my daughter.
Demi: Shes not yours.
Cody: (Grabs a hold of her arm and places the knife on the skin by her throat) Youre going to come with me. Well make sure you have her safely, and then I will leave with her. You got it?
Demi: (Really scared, she nods)
Cody: (Closes the knife and puts it back into his pocket. He then takes out a needle filled with a lightly coloured liquid. He injects it into the nape of her neck, causing her to loose conciousness, while keeping her heart beating).
Demi: (Passes out collapsing into Codys arms)

*Cody then carried Demi out into his car. He drove her to his tiny apartment a half hour away for which he has been living for the past two and a half years. His apartment was full of pictures of Demi and her loved ones, of which he has been stalking ever since she moved there. He had pictures and documents on every guy she has been with and was waiting for the opportunity to get his daughter back. Once he arrived with Demi at his apartment, he took her into a soundproof room. Inside was a bed, a small bathroom area, and a tiny closet with clothes for her to wear while she was there. He carried her from his car to the room and laid her on the bed. He took off the clothes she was wearing and dressed her in something he had picked out. He tied her wrists to the top of the bedposts and took her clothes and burned them. He then covered her with blankets and left her, waiting for the drug to wear off. About an hour later, Joe finally got home only to find Demi gone. He of course was confused by this because she had always been there making dinner whenever he got home. He figured she must have gone out because she didnt want to be alone with him, so he sat in the living room to watch TV. Another hour went by with no sign of Demi. Trying not to get worried, he shook it off and ordered pizza to be there when Nick and Selena got home. The pizza got there 5 minutes before Nick and Selena, so Joe had been getting the table set up when they walked into the kitchen*
Selena: (Surprised to see him setting the table) Whoa.
Nick: Whats wrong?
Joe: (Looks up and smiles at Selena and Nick) Hey guys.
Selena: What are you doing?
Joe: What does it look like?
Selena: It looks like youre getting supper ready.
Joe: (Nods)
Nick: Wheres Demi?
Joe: (Shrugs) She wasnt here when I got home.
Selena: Its probably got something to do with what happened last night.
Nick: (Confused) What happened last night?
Joe: (Looks down)
Selena: Lets just say Dem and Joseph had a little argument.
Nick: About what?
Selena: (Shakes her head at Joe)
Joe: (Mumbling) I kind of hit her last night.
Nick: What?!
Joe: I said I--
Nick: No I heard you. But what the hell man?
Joe: Listen, she hasnt been in the mood lately, and--
Selena: Thats no excuse.
Joe: She told me to call Taylor.
Nick: But still, Joe
Joe: Look, I know okay? But I just thought she forgave me for that.
Selena: She did, Joe. However what do you expect from her? Her hormones are all over the place, I thought you understood that. You know what, it doesnt even matter because youre going to get help, right?
Joe: (Lying) Of course, I told you I would.
Nick: (Clueing in) So thats the appointment you were talking about.
Joe: Yes. Anyways, pizzas getting cold. You guys should eat.
Selena: Where are you going?
Joe: Im not hungry, Im just going to go to bed.
Nick: Night man. Im sure Demi will be home soon.
Joe: Well when she gets home tell her she can sleep in our room tonight. The bed is more comfortable for her. Ill be in the guest room.
Selena: We will Joe.
Joe: Thanks (Leaves)
Nick: I havent had pizza in so long.
Selena: (Laughs) Whens the last time, like last week?
Nick: (Takes a bite) Like I said, so long.
Selena: Whatever dear (Eats).
