Filmed at Le Mont St Michel in Normadie, France on two freezing cold miserable days!

Music by Claude Debussy, Nuages from Nocturne

Huge thanks to James Miller and Sarah Estela for their help on this and to all the lovely French people who came along too!

  • It's "La Nuit" not "La Nuite". Yup I'm french ! Oh by the way, I loove all of your videos !

  • @FlyingFlameStudio yep in video it is spelt correctly....typo here

  • This is very impressive by Philip Bloom as usual, but the C300 doesn't seem to impress me as much as the RED Scarlet. I know this is only a youtube test but even specs wise, the RED seems to be the much better choice. Although I should say....the low light footage in this is pretty unbelievable.

  • @Cloujus Don't look at specs and to be honest I have talked about this a lot on my blog they are two utterly different cameras for different jobs. The Scarlet may have 4k and RAW but it's offspeed is all cropped which is not great and it's low light...very poor. It needs to be lit for, well.

  • uhhhh what does "Le Mont, La Pluie et La Nuite" means ?

  • @880User088 Le Mont is the name of the place "Le Mont St Michel" La Pluie means the rain, La Nuite means the night.

  • You should make a short film with an actual story/actors and stuff one day, if it doesn't cost too much money

  • @xxbluejay21

    I second that.

  • I think you did well considering the low light and the rain.

  • ¸Theres no "e" in La Nuite: La Nuit

  • Very cool.Great job.You converted to H264 right?Can u tell me the bitrate?

  • This footage is stunning, so crisp and clean

  • Great stuff. Added this video to my "France" playlist. Just goes to prove you don't necessarily need good weather to create quality work.

  • Fantastic

  • well actually it should be ''La nuit'' with no ''e''. But it does not matter that much.

  • Wonderful
