**** READ DISCRIPTION

This is NOT a tutorial. These are just tips for people who is just nearly there or just have very sloppy mills. I''m sorry if this is explained wrong or some of the information is missing but I'm having a hard time on iMovie. So just read the description to fill in the blanks or to clarify it. Sorry about the music, it's what i just found on iTunes. Just ignore the headspin at the end. My iMovie thing was messing up. So that's why a lot of information was missing. It's my first video to provide help as well so don't be hard. If you need things to be clarified or you just have questions, you can PM me or message me down below the comment box.

Windmills:

What you need:

Baby Freeze
Side Freeze
Handglide

*You can find ways in your starting position to get momentum.
*Make sure you're on your upper back.
*"Pop" your hips.
*AND WORK BOTH OF YOUR LEGS.
*Spread your legs.
*Always keep the straight


Headmills:

There are 2 ways to do this. You can do it stabbed or you could use your hands as support. If you're just using your hands as support, you have to push off with your hands. And make sure you're rolling across your forehead. DO NOT PUT YOUR WHOLE FACE IN THE FLOOOR.

This is from a while back. My windmills suck in this one.

  • i got bak to my hanglide position but my leg keep on falling to the ground.. i cant keep it up.. u got any tips?

  • @madeinchina851 it keeps falling because you're too low on your back or you don't catch yourself in the right time. but even though it keeps falling, keep going. Remember Quality < Quantity

  • @SenseiJirachi It's a mental thing. When you're first doing it you have to remember to keep it straight. it will come to a point where you don't have to think about it to keep it straight. so just remember to remind yourself about keeping it straight.

  • How do you keep the leg that swings under straight. Like when your coming back up from your shoulders and your leg swings under how do you keep that straight?
