  • tanong ko lang paano nakuha ang audio na to? if ang may-ari nang handle na ahringboang ay si raul or sino man na related sa kanya pwes halata na plano lng nilang mang-asar. kawawa naman ang agent.

  • tagalog accent po yung kay raul darling.. bisaya po me... ^_^ jejeje... i think naparinig na to sa mga call center companies or school as an example...

    Tangina naman. Mga head kase ng call centers they dont help out their operators by givin them more info so that they can defend their company and themselves in situations like this. I wouldve cursed too as an expression as i always do, but to have customer service swear at me while theyre taking my money and fucking up my day, all hell will break loose. Thumbs up to Raul!

  • my guess is that, akala ni agent naka mute button sya nung minura nya ang caller. kaya gulat na gulat sya nung inaway na sya ni caller...she was even saying: BAKIT PO? DI KO PO KAU MINURA. it all boils down to conversation manners. regardless if naka mute or not, wag kang magmumura sa kausap mo coz u might just screw up the whole thing. infairness polite naman ung caller nya, except for the indirect curses which he did out of frustration.

  • DONT YOU KNOW THE PRINCIPLE OF: CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT BUT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS A CUSTOMER!! if u dont know this well u better attend trainings!!
