Amtrak does a really good job with dining car service, I think. The gruff hostess is an exception to the rule. Any time I've eating in an Amtrak dining car the food has been great and the service was excellent!

The woman seating guests sounds kind of gruff. At the end of the clip she says, "If you want to go there, that's fine. It doesn't matter to me." Where I work, making a statement like that to a guest will get you a one way ticket to the exit sign.
