After the landing, there was a person spotted running from the aircraft so fast, that he lost his shoes. It was later determined that it was the captain abandoning the aircraft.

Many departures from best practices there. For instance, the use of ground radio wording like "Roger" is not recommended on ATC communications. Let alone the "funny" remarks on the female pilot.
