Taken in May 2007 In Prague. The Church of Sts. Cyril and Methodius in Resslova Street was the hiding-place and last stand of the Czech resistance patriots who assassinated Reinhard Heydrich in 1942. Cornered and with no hope of escape, they held off German attackers for many hours before being overwhelmed and committing suicide in the crypt. See my website www.robdavis.webhop.org/prague for the full details of the story.

  • Unfortunately not! At the entrance to the Church is a small lobby with very large curved perspex panels. These allow visitors to see inside the Church even when it is closed. As I was filming through the perspex, there are many light reflections. But if any of the Seven Men had shown themselves, I would be been honoured.
