A band way ahead of its time. Really, the CARS were a very under-rated band -they were a ground-breaking band for the new wave sound - very original and fresh - their debut album was amazing. I was so impressed when I first heard their material in 1978, when their debut album came out. (Boston's debut album was amazing too).

@1RealityBroadcasting i'm sorry you didn't make this information very obvious in your comment, but you said that it's all 'nigger rappers with voice decoders talking about their jimmys and how much drugs they,' which is certainly not the case. there is plenty of good music nowadays. i understand that there isn't anything like the cars unfortunately anymore, but it isn't fair to imply that all of the music these days is bad. i will, however, agree to the fact there are a bunch of shitty rappers.
