Belgian Wafflez - One's Own Blood

One's Own Blood are a Post Metal-core arrangement hailing from Buffalo, NY. The band was created in January of 2008, and was assembled by lead guitarist Jesse Thiel. The line up was as follows: Jesse, Nick (guitars), Steve (bass), and Kory (drums). All that was needed was a front man. In February of 08 we auditioned and hastily added singer/screamer front man Chris Lemendola. The band recorded their first demo at IDS studios, under the guidance of Engineer/Producer Rich (It Dies Today, Stemm, As Summer Dies). The four song demo sarcastically named 'cliche songs about blood' has been handed out at shows since and has been listened to across the world after songs off the disc were posted on the myspace. The band anticipates creating an EP in the fall of 2008.
All of the concept art for all swag and merch is provided by Connor 'Ash' Ketchum. While the graphic design is provided by Nicholas 'Lucky' Horn at Lucky Graphics and Design.
One's Own Blood's first show was direct support for Forever In Terror and Hell Within. We have been invited back to Ohio to play with Forever in Terror on their headlining tour.
Ones Own Blood currently is busy with their ambition to hunt down and destroy all the Jedi. We are more machine now than man.
