I gotta say, i think I worked way too hard on these games as a kid, only to see how simple these endings are. C'mon, let's put some more story into it.

NES & SNES games were more about free-thinking than they were about cinematics. When PS2 came out - I was deeply disturbed by the exchange compared to the early game systems. Even PS1 preserved the sacred concept of substance over graphics. With games these days, I cry when I hear about a new release b/c it lacks deep thought.

This is why I choose to play online MMORPG's ... at least they have substance.

@fattpieceofcrap Me too. I could not get past area 3 cause i had nothing telling me where else to go :( but thanks to emulators and walkthrough now i went through it like it was nothing...almost! LOL

Y'know, I have to say, I hate these ultra efficient pro playthrough videos. It feels less like watching a game you loved and more like watching someone solve a math problem.
