its because the vehicles are placed on the map as scenery. Thats becasue there is a limit on the amount of actual vehicles that can placed on the map so we trick the map into thinking that its actually scenery instead and it has no where to respawn except where other vehicles are placed which is usually right there where they all respawn

Download the files and go into program files on your computer and find halo trial. go into the file named "maps" and replace the files named "bloodgulch.bit" and "bloodgulch.map" with the two new files you downloaded. start the program up and enjoy.
