I think it says a lot about an artist when they sound exactly the same live as they do recorded.. simply perfect, no EQ or audio tunning needed.. Just perfect lyrics and a great voice.. Great band.

I think the music on Glasvegas' first album sounds blissful, and the singer's got a fucking brilliant voice, which his accent adds to in my opinion. But I can't stand a lot of the lyrics because I find them depressing. It's weird - I could have listened to this band when I was 16 and on the depressed side myself, but today it's not my thing anymore. But I will credit Glasvegas for being authentic as far as their Scottish roots go, and lyrically this one song is quite good.
