It just so happens the supreme court appears to agree with these citizens, PR firms or whatever, most Americans don't like this bill and even a majority of democrats agree its unconstitutional. Even Senator Obama said a mandate is suspect because quote "If a mandate worked, you'd cure homelessness by mandating people buy houses."
