It comes from taxes but you wouldn't see the benefit in it becuase it doesn't just benefit you. Ultimately what would happen is that you wouldn't be paying insurance premiums becuase your healthcare would be state funded and you would be paying for it through taxation. We do also have private care here....they run hand in hand and everyone also has the option of private health care
