This was a fitting way to show respect and mark this time. My parent's remember the news of Kennedy being shot, for us it will always be 911. I pray that was the worst day I'll have to go through in my lifetime. Cheers, Lesley

Thx! I know I could get political about it if i wanted to...but to me, we need to honor those ppl for that day--no politic stance on things is going to change what happened....

True. I also have very strong political feelings about what is happening in our country right now, but I can't stand it to see politicians using 9/11 as a tool to promote their political agendas. I just find it incredibly disrespectful.

Dude. You read my mind. I wrote about that in a blog on 9-11 last year. I'm appauled by how certain politicians politicized the day for to further their own political agendas. Do these people even have souls?
