The title is ridiculous. tsamzen (vid uploader), the milk powder was NOT produced by China, but by unscrupulous private manufacturers. The title will fool many into thinking that the entire country produces contaminated milk powder, but in fact it does not.

That's what I want and that's the truth! Chinese gov has responsible for this outbreak and this isn't the first time that China created contaminated food products problems. China also produces toxic toys!!!!
