Nina (Natalie Portman) dances the part of the Black Swan during opening night of "Swan Lake" in the new Fox Searchlight film "Black Swan," which opens in select theaters on December 3rd.

A psychological thriller set in the world of New York City ballet, "Black Swan" stars Natalie Portman as Nina, a featured dancer who finds herself locked in a web of competitive intrigue with a new rival at the company (Mila Kunis). A Fox Searchlight Pictures release by visionary director Darren Aronofsky ("The Wrestler"), "Black Swan" takes a thrilling and at times terrifying journey through the psyche of a young ballerina whose starring role as the Swan Queen turns out to be a part for which she becomes frighteningly perfect.

Directed By: Darren Aronofsky
Choreographed By: Benjamin Millepied
Starring: Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Winona Ryder, Sebastian Stan, Vincent Cassel, Janet Montgomery, and Barbara Hershey

  • I feel truly sorry for those who watched this movie and only looked at the ballet. This is a compelling examination at the frailty of the human psyche and one of the most thought-provoking films i have ever seen.

  • Has anyone uploaded the next segment of her Black Swan? When she completely transforms?

I may not know much about ballet, but that scene HAUNTS me.

  • I love this movie but it can be awkward watching some of the scenes with your mother. I love Natalie Portman because of this movie.

  • Lol my friend girl loves the psychotic-ness of this movie.

  • alright....I was watching dubstep.....how the hell did I came here?! O.o

  • Nice dances moves, she got there

  • @MrKLT1945 this should be top comment.

  • @LimeGuy101 Great to know I'm not the only one with a knowledge of horror that many film fans lack. Plus the 'perfect' dancing was down to prof. dancers and cgi guys who all did a brilliant job! Posing stiffly ain't dancing. What was wrong with ALL getting the full, honest credit they deserved? Oscar would have gone to Benning, that's why. H'wood doesn't do originality or honesty.

  • @StealthKiller123 Thats so true, tho this movie creeped me out so bad i had to watch it in segments. I hate seeing people in pain. Natalie Portman is a great actress!

  • Love it so much , so graceful , beautiful -3 and whats on her back? :)

  • I am a dance and she did good from what I saw her tuning a running around an staring at the cameras she did not really dance in that part so how can that be perfect that's not a good dancing moment they should have put some other dance

  • i love the guy WOW! hahaha xD i mean, natalie was so amazing in this scene! and at the end when she says " i felt it, perfection, i was perfect" i was so shocking, i even started to cry, because...damn! she is right! she was perfect!
