this is 77 when people were still gobbing on bands. .i seen a lot of trouble because of that. i seen Richard Hell jump off stage and get stuck into a kid for spitting on him. .Joe strummer once cancelled a gig because of a throat infection which he reckons happened because someone's spit went straight down his throat. .gobbing wore off after about 1 year. .thank god ! ! new wave sort of stopped it,when it came along. .Television and the likes wouldn't have put up with it ! !
