http://PCremedies.blogspot.com -- Homegroup for Windows 7 is a networking feature that makes it easy to share files and printers in a home setting. It's a big improvement over networking in previous Windows versions. Find out just how you can take advantage of it.
@nomiahmadkhan If you are bridging your connection from your computer to ur xbox 360 or another computer it wont work, u have to disable ur network bridge for it to find the home group, it happend to me so u can be connected to home group and bridging ur connection at the same time, i no it sucks :(
What is the HomeGroup username? Is it a standard username? i've figured out how to change the username but not how to find out the homegroup username.
For those who can't get this !@#$%^ to work because you can't get a JOIN HOMEGROUP BUTTON, your time and date have to be syncronized on all computers, and on Windows 7 more often than not the TIme Server fails to run and update your time. Go into time/date and go into time server and click update and you'll see an error message, Time Service unable to run. !~@#$%^&
