wow you guys fucking deserved it how about showing class in the home teams arena instead of waving a blanket at the cbj fans WHO YOU KNEW were already pissed at the call. why cant you be like classy wings fans like A LOT of the people in detroit. correct me if im wrong but i bet your not even from Michigan because the fans in Detroit are the only ones who ever show any respect. everyone else just jumped on the bandwagon in the late 90's.

i have no idea who those people are waving the flag. i am from detroit, michigan and the columbus fans around me were really nice. i didn't have a problem with anyone besides the beer that was thrown at me. anyways when salmons teammate was waving the cbj flag i was applauding because i knew the story and after when the whole team had the standing ovation i was once again applauding.

I don't mean to disrespect, however why is this titled "Dumb Columbus fan"? Shouldn't it be "Columbus fan throws beer can at fan" or "Dumb Detroit fan sparks incident"? I mean, you don't come into another teams arena and act like a jackass to them, I understand you probably weren't with that group of RW fans but still, guy probably had bad aim.

I am a hard core Wings fan. But I must apologize for the way these fans are acting. Beating Columbus is not a big deal. It is to be expected. Have some respect when you are in another teams arena. You would not take that kind of behavior if someone acted like that at the Joe. Columbus is NOT a rival of Detroit. And for those of you who say Wings fans are "bandwagon" fans you need to check your facts. Even when they were the "dead wings" Detroiters still supported them.
