Mindanao MicroCredit Fields ~ 2009

Our Mindanao outreach was founded in 2008 to provide farmers, who face extreme hardship limiting their possibilities for growth, the ability to access the credit market. While in the fields they will use FrontlineSMS to communicate to our remote villages via SMS and also we are starting data collection for the rice harvests in 2010 terms.

Our goal of engaging with FrontlineSMS is to bring awareness to the overall need for communication and information flow in Mindanao farming regions utilizing sms.

Our MicroCredit outreach stabilizes the farmers' working capital and provides additional family based savings come harvestime to improve living standards one harvest at a time for 100's of farmers @cncpartners.
