bill gates is not a 4 he is a 22. Im also a 22. You do not add the number 22 or 11 together you skip the last step with them numbers. The number 22 shares traits with the number 4. But if your a 4 you do not share the traits of a 22. 22 is the best number to be 22 next is 4. As in for money and how smart you are and what not.

4 has always had a strange significance in my life. Some people believe in the whole '23 enigma' concept, but for me it is 4. In Chinese numerology it is related to death or suffering (I often battle with depression and suicidal thoughts), and to water (my zodiac sign is Aquarius, the water bearer, and I feel at peace when I swim, yet I have a deep fear of the sea and open water), and that entire description of the 4 path, I can relate to. Often, my life has been divided into increments of 4.
