In pre-show action:
The Anarchy champion, PL3, came out to let everyone know that the event would start in 5 minutes. Due the to Anarchy championship being on the line 24/7, the championship changed hands 6 times.

- Beaner Andrew pinned PL3 to become the new Anarchy champion.
- "Hardcore Kidd" Alex G pinned Beaner Andrew to become the new Anarchy champion.
- Osiris pinned "Hardcore Kidd" Alex G to become the new Anarchy champion.
- Aztec pinned Osiris to become the new Anarchy champion - Austen G pinned Aztec to become the new Anarchy champion
- PL3 pinned Austen G to become the new Anarchy champion.

Match 1.) Wicked J def. Austen G
Match 2.)Beaner Andrew def. "Hardcore Kidd" Alex G
- After Alex G splashed Beaner Andrew through a table, Austen G came out and threw white powder in Alex G's face causing him to be blinded, and allowing Beaner Andrew to get the win.
Match 3.) The ESW champion Jynx Masta def. Aztec in a non-title match
Match 4.)The Conductor def. Osiris
- The Conductor only cut Osiris' long pony tail off after beating him. However, expect a new short hair Osiris come October 23rd.

ESW is once again in jeopardy, as ICW (Insane Clown Wrestling) returned to invade ESW once again for the first time in almost 2 years!
MOD was given some time after the show to say goodbye to ESW, as he had his final match at the Hardcore Kidd's Birthday Bash. He came out to the ESW arena and said his goodbyes. "Hardcore Kidd" Alex G and PL3 came out together and payed tribute to MOD and celebrated him with the crowd.
As the three wrestlers had their hands raised facing the crowd, a mix of ICP and Tech N9ne songs blasted through the ESW arena. As MOD, Alex G, and PL3 stood in the ESW arena with confusion, Jynx Masta came out to the music.
Following Jynx Masta coming out, Beaner Andrew, Wicked J, "Short Stack" Marcus Max, Grand Theft Thomas, and Jigganigga came out as well. Beaner Andrew ripped his black T-shirt to show he had an ICP shirt under it and to show he was once again a juggalo.
From the crowd, Juggalo Cris came out and closelined Alex G. Juggalo Cris is a huge fan of ESW and has attended every single ESW event since February 21st 2009.
After taking down Alex G, All the juggalos attacked Pl3 and MOD. What looked like a stampede of juggalos, ESW could not take these guys 7 on 2. Juggalo Cris then pinned PL3 for the Anarchy Championship. After beatind down PL3 and MOD, the juggalos saved Alex G for last.
What looked like a Nexus attack, they surrounded Alex G, leaving him with nowhere to go. Alex G tried to attack Beaner Andrew, but then was attacked by the rest of the juggalos. Each juggalo hit finishers on Alex G. Alex G took a bad beating and when it was all over, the juggalos identified themselves as ICW (Insane Clown Wrestling) and stated that they were "they".
The event ended with PL3, MOD, and Alex G motionless on the ground and ICW exiting the property....
