  • thankyou so much Kulmansam!! I'm so glad I found these videos cause it easier for me to learn this way.

  • @intheprogramfool Aaah.. so you are more to wards audio visual learning side.I am happy its helping you

  • Thanks. At first I did not know you were using Kiunguja dialect. I agree that we may have some small dialectical differences. I am from the mainland. Thanks once again for good job and this innovation.

  • @mongusutu thank you... together we can spread the word and help those who are just wanting to put their feet in water and learn a little Swahili

  • I like your presentation. It is very helpful for swahili learners I hope. I am a native swahili speaker from tanzania. However, I would like to clarify a few things in your presentation: I think we may differ in this.

    kiganja= palm of the hand

    kiwiko/viwiko (pural)=elbow (you forgot this)

    kidole cha pete also kidole cha shahada= riing finger

    breasts =maziwa or matiti.

    spinal chord= uTI wa mgongo (not UTE)

  • @mongusutu thanks for noticing... I was doing everything on the fly, I sure did forget elbow (we call it kisugudi in Unguja). I will have to look at the video again.. I thought I called the pointer/index finger as kidole cha shahada.

    I do think I said breast is maziwa, but I think I said machuchu as well... which is a term we used in Unguja

    Thanks for correction on UTI wa mgongo.. honestly I thought it was UTE... I just learnt something new... thanks

  • @silfjeee Sorry, this series of videos does not have subtittles -CC, I will have them soon. Maybe that will be my next project instead of creating a video.

  • Jambo! Where are the subtitles? I am going for a internship in a hospital to tanzania. I can really use this!!

  • @Nerte85 Will do so as soon as I get some time. Thank you for keeping up and following... I hope it helps
