This is David Gray's Second Halo which is a UK exclusive for his album Draw The Line (track 12). It is not available in the US as of now. Please support his music by purchasing the album. In my opinion the best track on a fantastic album, it's only available on the album if downloaded from i-tunes ! Pity because it's a gem :)

Not sure. I guess it was a special edition of the album. There seems to be quite a bit of confusion surrounding just how this was available.
