do you get LOTS of emails? from various sources that are all important?

i do, ad it can get overwhelming.

so i set up a system to help me organise it all, my own free vitual assistant thanks to apple

in this how to video, you can see a simple system of how to manage your incoming emails automatically using the apple RULES and MAILBOXES.

of course you can change it to suit who you get emails from, so this simple system is a guide or a basic template to help you. just like they sort mail at the post office, the apple mac mail system will sort your mail for you... bless 'em.
