@MagicKirin First off, it is his opinion, second of all, I have seen what you stated, but none of it is "superior" to Firefly. The reason for the difference that Joss Whedon wanted to make an all Human Sci-Fi show, and not have the threat be an alien one and have a realistic tone to it all, in contrast to most sci-fi which is highly optimistic. (ie: Star Trek, or Doctor Who.) It's a shoot first ask questions never type of show. It's a great show and deserves the place it has on his list.

Incredidblyoverated show with not much staying power. I can't remeber how high when I posted, but the 4 off the list were vastly superior.

Farscape way to low
Buck Rodgers and Firefly way too high

doctor who should be #1... i would just put a period but that wouldnt be blatant enough so I will say PERIOD.

Is this some sort of joke? This list starts out with "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and ends with "Star Trek", the original series in first place (no brainer there). But no mention of Irwin Allen's "Lost in Space." Really?

Does anyone know this sci fi/horror into: A guy was fishing, and see's an apple next to him, so he picks it up, and begins to eat it. Then he starts choking, as there is a hook in the apple. The he starts getting pulled into the water, i believe by a fish? If anyone knows this intro, please let me know. I thought it may have been amazing stories, but it is not. Thanks

Dead in the Water (2006) maybe? A guy gets pulled out of his boat into the water by an unseen zombie at the start of that.
