I wanted to chart the power differences between various tuning upgrades on my Tiger, so here is the first installment. Sadly should have been completely stock but we start with modified intake and Arrow SL exhaust with corresponding ECU map from Triumph. Result was 111.95 BHP at the rear wheel.

  • so ho much hp gain did u get ? cant wait to get my speed triple remapped :)

  • @schoarama87 This was my 1st run, so cannot tell you the increase over stock (I already did some of the tuning). My mate's stock bike did 104bhp on the same dyno... If you want some power charts for this bike showing results from further tuning (decat & new maps) check out the end of my other dyno videos. So far though I have not found a Triumph map that is perfect (they all have glitches somewhere), and have been running a custom map which I loaded using TuneECU software. New video coming soon.

  • @dl650stromer Hi thanks - all comments are welcome!

OK I will do short video of intake mod when I next take the tank off (possibly next month when I upgrade hi-beam 35w ballast with 50w unit).

Cat is coming off in next two weeks hopefully. Just hope it shows BHP improvement or it'll have been for nothing and perhaps next video will be a warning to NOT remove the cat!
