TalentEgg Video Blog: The importance of "fit" when looking for a job

One of the things we think is most important for students and new grads to consider when looking for a job -- whether it's a summer job or internship -- is "fit." As in, whether the company's values, culture and expectations match up with your own.

One of the perks of our new office, and now TalentEgg's company culture in general, is that it is dog friendly. We enlisted the help of Lauren's family dog Max to help us illustrate how important "fit" is.
