it is in the materials section of blender. there is a thing that says "Lambert" and "Cook Torr", just click those and select "Toon" instead. Play around with the sliders to get the style you want.

Very nice. I would move the tail as well, but I"m assuming that you're getting to that correct?

Thank you, i like the idea. Yes, this was just a preliminary test of Cubone, there will be more videos to come, once i work out all of the kinks in his design.
