A: I found the Opening creditless somewhere here on YouTube. As for the anime, I downloaded it via torrents.

Q: What's the song/band name??
A: Look above. There are music symbols there for a reason.

Q: What Program did you use?
A: Sony Vegas Pro 10

Q: How'd you get the Anime without subtitles and in good quality??
A: Downloaded the episodes in HD and in ".mkv" format. Then converted it to ".wmv" HD, and without subtitles.

I download my Anime stuff using torrents. They're always in ".mkv" format, so I convert them to HD ".wmv" without the subtitles.
