Would you recommend this phone over the hero? In other words, does it lag?????????

@JeyGantDTA I'm not going to lie. As much as I LOVE this phone (coming from the Samsung Instinct) it does lag sometimes but, there is a program that helps it not lag so much. & most of the lag is created from having TOO many apps open. Close them & the phone runs very smoothly.

You can easily fix the giggling of the battery cover by simply placing a few small pieces of tape on top of each other on the battery itself. It's a quick, easy, and cheap fix that will not affect the phone in any way. There is actually a youtube video demo for it, just go here... 'BlackBerry Tour Battery Cover Fix / Workaround'. Hope this helps!

Thanks for this tip. When I don't have one of the cases for my phone on, it's so annoying. I'm going to try this fix.
