Faller HO Top-Spin 140431 upgraded with Homemade Control Box

I have replaced the original Control Box for an HO scale Top-Spin fairground model with a homemade Control Box containing a Picaxe 18X chip and an L293D Driver chip. what are the buildings in the back groun,what kit.

i have seen your website and i have a suggestion for this display, before you had the water jets you had an artificial pond. i thought you could drill holes in it where the water jets can come through and a little gap at the edge for the water to fall back into the black container.
