Half legal Milonga in Paris - Quais de Saine

When you are in Paris and you dance tango you have to visit the place. A lot of people dancing tango. Unfortunately, this year police wants the music to be very low, and half of the milonga the police car with threee policemen was there making sure it is not louder. But certainly this place has its "underground" climate and a lot of people wanting to dance dango from all over the world. By the way does anyone know other place in the world where you can mee a woman riding bicycle in high heels?
