I've got a 2011 F-150 with the 5.5 ft box and my dealer told me there are no stake pocket holes. I assume that since there are no holes, the rubber expanders are not used and they just bolt on instead. Do you know if that's correct?

@Grainhauler76 that would be correct

...been thinking about buying these for my 2010 Tundra. are you having any problems with them yet? i like the hole on each side of the bar, very practical. my only concern is that it being a 3 piece bar it might not be as strong as a 1 solid piece bar. also over time i think it might become loose from the worn out rubber expansion blocks. thxs for your time.

@SteveSabbai No problems as of yet.Being a custom fit bed rail there's not much "wiggle" room for them to loosen up.The holes are designed specifically for tie-off points,and the large size makes for a good hand hold when climbing into the bed. Check your specific application because there may be a direct bolt on style that bolts to the top of box sides rather than fitting in the stake pockets,replacement parts should also be availlable.
