  • I still have the factory police spec trans on it....only "mods" are straight pipes (cats are still on it) and a k&n oem filter

  • @T0mmekuh get a bbk 70mm throttle body, adtr plenum, cai, granatelli coil packs, ngk g-power plugs,180 deg jet chips t-stat and a good sct 93octane tune, go to adtr, net for your parts but dont go to blueovalchips, com for your tune he ia a great tuner but has no customer service at all,i know a few people that had problems with there car after putting his tune on and he would not help them at all, blueovalchips have lost there rep do to bad customer service and i will never refer any one to them again

  • @TheSleepermgm Thanks for the heads up man! I'm an exchange student so I'll be selling the car in August. If I have to come back or get a job here, I'm gonna buy a different police cruiser, a newer one and definitely modify :D

I'm having some transmission problems again now. I had the similar problem before, it shifts too early and sticks into gears while I'm slowing down. Even from a dead stop it's still in 2nd or maybe 3rd, even when I use the stick to lock it into gears.

  • @TheSleepermgm They replaced the solenoid the last time and also replaced the oil and stuff. My speed sensor also went bad a little while ago which also caused the same problems, but then one including the solenoid are pretty much brand new. When the transmission is cold it shifts right. But when I've been driving for a little while it gets bad I guess. But it's not like that all the time, sometimes it does this shit.

  • @T0mmekuh ? i dont understand what you are telling me ,,lol

  • @TheSleepermgm It's not worth it to mod the car right now, because I'll be selling the car in like 4 months pretty much ;) I'm just studying over here ;) Or else I would have tuned it for sure, plus I'm having the transmission problem as I described above.
