  • Does anyone know when it will come out in the US for T-Mobile?

  • no indication at all so far that t-mo USA will carry it ever.

  • but you can still buy it from t-mobile uk and connect here right?

  • Without 3G, most likely. I don't believe it supports the 1700MHz band that T-Mobile USA uses.

  • It is, but you also have the sprint version, which is a bit different. :)

  • @yungsir232

    hahaha, then Sprint redesigns the phone into ugly ... fail.

  • Is the HTC Hero the exact same as the T Mobile G2 Touch do you know?? :)

  • is it going to be for t-mobile though ??????????

  • Does it lag at all?

    From some videos ive seen, moving home screens can be laggy.

  • i hope it goes to sprint. i was extremely disappointed with the palm pre.

  • If this phone goes to sprint it will single handedly keep sprints network alive wow amazing phone

  • I put the HERO OS on my G1 yesterday. I love it. However, it makes you realize that it is the Hero operating system that is stunning, not the phone.

    It really made my G1 into a totally different phone. For example, they have different "themes" you can select for your home page. They are uber cool.

    And the "expanded desktop" is nice too, rather than the 3 the G1 comes with.

    Being able to set up speed dialing is great too, something that's missing on the G1.

    +++ for the Hero OS
