Brilliant!! Thank you for posting this 1978-79 dance classic from the excellent soundtrack to the movie "The Bitch" - great song. The original demo says 1979, but I think this was released 1978 - was it released in the U.K., or re-released? Of course every fan knows this is not the original 69s "lineup," but I really enjoy this song and thank you for posting one of many (Save the Last Dance for Me) such Drifters' dancers. Hi - They followed "More Than A Number". Roger Greenaway tried to keep the hits coming with around 4 more songs (7" singles) and this was one of them (Around 1978). Due to the sell out of arista records they failed to chart.
