I guess that you have found out the problem. The align servos are high amp draw servos. Your bec could not handle that, which resulted in a brownout in the reciever that went into failsafe. I.e. servos returning to their bound positions before getting connected with the TX again. That's why the blinking. The tremors comes from releasing your TX stick which springs back to place. The fast servos picks up those movements. You can actually hear the sticks spring.
The lagging servo I have no idea. Did you find out what that was about?

It seems that your receiver is picking up noise. Make sure it's not from receiver first.
