What I love about Cagayan de Oro is that nature and man are at peace!

People, nowadays, take for granted the beauty of nature..which is a sad truth.
I support Mapawa Nature Park for their commitment to conserve the environment and educate people on how important it is to protect our natural wonders.

Music by Asin (Himig nga Pag-ibig) My Dad taught me this song, I grew up listening to him sing tunes from his most adored Filipino music artist.
Himig ng Pag-ibig means the Melody of Love.

Halloween is still growing here in Malta!!!

On the religious side, similar to you,we celebrate all saints day on the 1st Nov & all souls' day on the 2nd Nov which is the day when we remember all our beloved departed. Many of us visit cemetries & do extra masses in churches for the salvation of souls.

Uhm we don't do much Halloween costumes yet...the trend is still catching up, but, the tradition is growing stronger each year. We get to visit our relatives or all of us meet in one place and talk about our love ones that past away then we get to visit each one of their resting places and light candles and say prayers for them to be in peace. I admit, it makes our family bond stronger and we learn lots of family history too. How's yours in Malta?
