@ihatelols the only reason KBs are more difficult is balance not strength the muscular force required for this lift is not even close to the same as 120 kg. He may well be able to OH squat 120kg which would be a good snatch for a 16 year old 77kg lifter.
It's just a different kind of strength to weightlifting, because of the shoulder stability required, as the KB's weight is off centre. It's about mobilized strength (not absolute strength like your vids)

this is the best exercise you can do imo.. you have to do a squat utilizing your core stability
