  • 'The Windmills of Your Mind'

  • an explination? what does that mean?

    she is lady lazarus rising from the ashes.

    she has done just that.

    genius.

  • people always has in mind the suicide, that's wrong...

  • It's the most empowering poem a woman has EVER WRITTEN, and you find "depression" and weakness??? READ IT AGAIN.

  • no way out...no. This is more about her ability to REGENERATE. To come back from the dead! Here she is saying SHES COMING BACK! You focus too much on her death rather then her actual words.

  • "..I do it so it feels real.."

    Peace X

  • "Dying is an art,Like everything

    I do it exceptionally well.

    I do it so it feels like Hell.

    I guess you could say I've a call.

    It's easy enough to do it in a cell

    It's easy enough to do it and stay put;

    It's the theatrical comeback in broad daylight

    To the same place, the same face, the same brute

    Amused shout,"A miracle!"that knocks me out."

    'Scuse the inaccuracies;my memory is rusty (!)and I don't have a copy of 'Ariel' to hand.Have you read'Ariel:A Closer LooK At S.Plath..?
