Amazing achievement. It is, the reason for the taller bonnet line with vents is because of the increased heat from the V10 being mounted in a smaller engine bay than in the 5-series, which doesn't need these vents. They had to re-wire EVERYTHING, the fire wall had to be moved, drive shafts were made shorter, and power went up from 507 to 550 hp. And what a sound!

That's a standard 3 series not an M3....because the m3 sedan has the front face of the coupe version. Well done for all this work :D
