  • @quinnnnman Sent you a PM.

  • this is not so good - i am just getting back into webdesign and can understand quite a fair bit of this though never worked with css stuff. The author has jumped straight into dreamweaver without explaining how the original photoshop image was sliced or what path save structure was used. Sorry to say, but not too informative - could the author please detail the jump across from photoshop to dreamweaver including all the basic steps ... thanks,,,

  • @timacross Check out our playlist entitled "09 - Photoshop Website Design". It is the beginning of this series that takes you through the design process.

  • Hey man, thanks a lot for your videos, you're really easy to follow and understand. But I am having problems, only because I am running different versions of the software. I get most of them worked out. Right now, I am having trouble with my nav bar. It is supposed to be in this order: Home, Downloads, About, Help. But instead of being in that order, my nav bar is displayed like this: Home, Home, About, About, Help. Do you have any idea as to what I am doing wrong?

  • i got a question ... if most of those background parts are images can't people just highlight them like a normal images and just right click and save?

  • I'M KIM MURPHEY AND I CODE IN PHOTOSHOP.

  • I've learned a lot with all your videos!

One thing didn't work for me though - of course I have a few things slightly diff because I do my own website.

The navigation bar buttons do not show up for some reason, but they are active; if I roll my mouse over them they are active buttons but they don't show the picture for the button.

2ndly, the buttons are in a vertical line rather than the horizontal line I wanted them to be in.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

you can PM me if you want - thanks!

  • Thank you for this tutorial, It was a little advanced for me since I am just learning but I was able to get a lot out of it anyway. You answered a lot of questions for me that I was looking for answers for. Now all I have to do is implement them into my own web page.

    Thank you,

    Eric

  • Thanks man really liked it im new about this
