A sea story, starring the famous Migaloo. Something very special is occurring on Hervey Bay. There is the Oceania Project, seeking to understand the ocean's greatest creatures. There are whales who seem as interested in people as the people are in them. And there's a white whale and a filmmaker whose fates seem intertwined. Are two intelligent species starting to communicate?
