i've been to two dentists & neither does any but the most simple cleaning/filling & want to pass me to some sort of "specialist" who will sedate me with a shot in my arm! what's up with that? i never had a problem with local anaesthetics but BIG problems with general ones! i wish i could find a dentist in my area who was like these wonderful, kind-sounding ones i've been seeing on youtube! in the meantime i've been procrastinating so if you read this & you're a Christian, please pray for me! (:D

I found out yesterday i have to get a one done & I was pretty scared.. seeing this video & all these peoples comments made me feel better.. does the shots hurt tho?? :( -L-Honey

@SoulReaperSlayer19 I got y root canal today, oh my God couldn't believe how little I felt.. getting a filling is actually worse!!! They gave me so much numbing so it was find....wasnt even uncomfortable!! Delighted, going back next week for a check up. Thanks again for telling me it'll be fine. x

I had a root canal, took 4 visits, and I lost the tooth, not worth it. I had pain afterword, it hurt like hell. The tooth broke off and had to have it pulled.

im having one done in 4 weeks but when the dentist put his tools in my mouth i cant keep it in and i cant keep my mouth open for more than 2 minutes someone help me!

i got a root canal, and i had to get 7 shots to numb it and i could still feel the pain. :( probably because i have VERYY sensitive teeth. However, a blockage was in my tooth and so he put some kind of liquid (it smelled like chlorine) in that canal to break it down, so i have to go back and finish :( my jaw still hurts. btw the xrays did NOT want to cooperate and it felt like torture having to push down really hard into the underside of my tounge :( but they were really nice! :)
