Racketeering, what the fuck for? lol I mean they are just tacking these wacky random charges on him. He ran a file hosting website on the internet, how the fuck would that be racketeering? can anyone here explain what the fuck this guy was doing that was considered "racketeering"?...I just don't see it. The money laundering charge is out of whack too, how the fuck would he laundering money, they'd first have to prove that file hosting sites are illegal in the first place.
