Well, I've been working on this for some time. I've known very early on that I could not possibly do the technical support myself. I also have friends in the UK and wanted to be able to provide them the service and I've found a partner that I believe will help me realize this dream.

Some recommendations for you.

cPanel and Plesk are the most used and wanted control panels around so giving them as a option to your customers will help you im sure.

LiveZilla is a free live support system including a desktop application to aid in fast support ect, best system ive ever seen and the fact its free is amazing. Great features.

Forum - A forum is great to offer support on, allow customers to help each other and to update ect.. =)
