This train comes all the way from New York City daily as well as its opposal that runs from Toronto to New York City. This train just left St. Catharines 5 minutes ago and it dusk with the sun no longer visable. Amtrak P42DC number 65 heads up this train with 4 Coach/1 Cafe Steel Amfleet passenger cars. • So Amtrak provides the engine and cars for this train? Great video! 5*****!

  • @DJGENEX71 Yep, there's no need of changing anything in Niagara Falls. To make it easier, its a solid Amtrak consist the whole trip. Thanks!

  • Great video Daniel! Those cold winter sunsets are sure nice.

  • Thanks Ryan! They sure are. It actually wasn't that cold outside. It was above 0.

  • Very nice 5* great time with the sun light

  • Thanks Ervan! I was scared it would be dark by the time the Amtrak got to Jordan. Glad there was a bit of red sky left!

  • Awesome!

  • Love the vid, the end has a nice relaxing feel to it

  • Great shots. Thanks for the reply.

  • @jeffdavis13 no, they don't !

VIA used to have a locomotive go to Chicago on the "International" train

    #384 and 385 before 2004.

sometimes in the mid to late 90's in would be a mixed VIA/Amtrak consist,

but VIA never ran it's own train in the U.S.

  • Does Via Rail operate trains in the US
