74D is an irrevelant MOS in the army right now..its always been and always will..if you want to choose it, dont..if you already have, i feel sorry for you

@mylesid ....All i got to say your next 3 1/2 years going to suck if your active and the shit they teach you in A.i.T none of it not gonna be used in the unit..pretty much you really don't need a.,i.t all they really gonna say when you get to your unit they will teach you how to use the equipment. and leonard wood is the worst place to go for training. Winter you gonna freeze to death. summer you gonna get heat strokes. so all together....its boring

@mylesid Im a cbrn specialist it is an interesting M.O.S! essentially you will be trained on identifying agents and decontaminating troops and equipment you will also be in charge of your units equipment such as pro-masks MOPP gear and detection equipment any other questions feel free to ask
